CoreSite (Denver DE3)

CoreSite’s strategic campus expansion in Denver will be a three-building, purpose-built data center development and deliver 600,000 square feet and 60 CMW. The first building of the campus development, DE3, will be a 180,000-square-foot facility with 18 CMW and is targeted for availability in 2025.

Located adjacent to the new National Western Stock Show development in Denver, this campus expansion is anticipated to have an on-site substation and grow CoreSite’s current Denver market footprint, which includes DE1 (910 15th Street, Denver) and DE2 (639 East 18th Avenue, Denver). The new campus will be constructed on 15 acres, and the first of three facilities will be built with three floors.

DE3 will be linked with high-count dark fiber to CoreSite’s existing Denver DE1 and DE2 data centers that serve as carrier interconnection hubs.
